Dr. Mehta has been my go to Dr. for years. Love her! I do have some feedback for the new staff. Upon check in the person at registration told me that my insurance was not active. I told her that it was and she might have my old card on file. She insisted that it was inactive. I gave her my new card and she looked it over (smugly) and kept saying it was not active. I then said "Well, I'm here to see the Dr., let's figure it out after my visit." She said, "No we can't do that". So I told her I would call my insurance to find out what was wrong. I had to go out into the hallway and call while people were walking by hearing me ask if my insurance was active and what the problem was?" I knew there was a mistake. Sure enough, my insurance provider told me there was no problem and it was active. I went back inside and told the front office person that my insurance was on the phone and would tell her it was active. She said, " No, I don't need to speak with them". I then told her that they said it was active and gave her my card again. She took it and looked at it and said ok and made a copy of it. After all that! After collecting my copay she said she said, "I apologize", again, in a smug way. I miss Jessica. Also, the nurse that took my vitals was very nice, but I could barely understand or hear her. Just some honest feedback.

Dr. Mehta and her staff are amazing. I’ve been seeing her for the past seven years and also have been seeing her through my first pregnancy. It has always been easy to book appointments and every time I see her she takes her time answering all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and I will continue to recommend her!

Dr. Mehta and staff are the best! I’ve been Dr. Mehta’s patient since 2012. I always feel comfortable to ask any question and I don’t feel rushed. I will continue to get me yearly visits with her.

My experience was great. I really feel my concerns were addressed. I’ve never had a doctor who took at least twenty minutes to speak with me before my exam. Very happy with the doctor and the staff. Have been looking for a new doctor for awhile. So glad I found this office.
